1. HOW TO ENTER: During the Promotional Period, April 15, 2011 through June 30, 2011, make an online donation (minimum $10) via http://www.autismspeaks.org/NHL and you are automatically entered. To enter without making a donation, please send a 3x5 card with your name, address, phone number and e-mail address to 1 E. 33rd Street New York, NY 10016 ATTN: Faceoff Against Autism Jersey Entry.Limit one entry per person regardless of method of entry. The winners are selected from all valid entries. The prize will be awarded to the person whose information is provided in the entry. All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned.
2. ELIGIBILITY: Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who have reached the age of majority in their state of residence at time of entry. Void where prohibited by law. Employees of Sponsor, the National Hockey League (“NHL”), its member clubs, NHL Enterprises, L.P., NHL Enterprises Canada, L.P., NHL Enterprises B.V. and NHL Interactive CyberEnterprises LLC (the foregoing NHL entities, collectively, the “NHL Entities”), each of their parents, affiliates and subsidiaries, participating advertising and promotion agencies and prize suppliers (and members of their immediate family and/or those living in the same household of each such employee) are not eligible. You must be 18 or older to be eligible.
3. RANDOM DRAWING: Four (4) winners will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received on July 1, 2011 by Intellectual Capital, an independent judging agency whose decisions are final and binding. Each winner will be notified either via phone, e-mail or postal mail, at Sponsor's discretion, within 3 days after the drawing is held. Odds of winning will depend upon the total number of eligible entries received.
4. PRIZES AND APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE: Four (4) total prizes available to be won. (1) Official NJ Devils jersey, signed by Martin Brodeur. (1) Official Pittsburgh Penguins jersey, signed by Sidney Crosby. (1) Official NY Rangers jersey, signed by Henrik Lundqvist. (1) Official Washington Capitals jersey, signed by Alexander Ovechkin. Official NHL jerseys retail for approximately $150.00. All other expenses not specified herein are the responsibility of the winner. ALL TAXES ARE THE SOLE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE WINNER. 5. CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION: No transfer, assignment or substitution of a prize allowed, except Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prize for an item of equal or greater value in the event an advertised prize is unavailable. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Entrants agree to be bound by the terms of these Official Rules and by the decisions of Sponsor and any independent judging agency, which are final and binding on all matters pertaining to this Sweepstakes. Potential winners may be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release and where legally permissible a Publicity Release within 3 days following the date of first attempted notification.
