ING NYC Marathon Expo - October 29-31, 2009
All of the information we are providing is available in your Participant Handbook.
Number Pick up: October 29th - 30th from 10:00 am - 7:00 pm and October 31st from 9:00 am - 5:00 pm. All runners must have photo ID and the registration card that was emailed to you so you can pick up your number and chip. (See Page 19)
Pre-Race Pasta Dinner: Saturday night, October 31, 2009 from 3:30 pm - 5:00 pm, for all of the team members and a guest will take place at:

Team Bus: Private bus on Sunday morning for Team Autism Speaks to start line. The bus will be leaving 34th Street (between Park and Lexington) at 7:30 am SHARP. Download the Team Autism Speaks bus assignments here.
Team Autism Speaks Cheering Stations:
Team Autism Speaks will have 2 cheering stations on Sunday. We will have cheer cards and thunder sticks to keep the runners going. We will ALWAYS be on the Runners LEFT.
Mile 18 ? 96th Street and 1st Avenue
we will be at Mile 18 from 11:30 am ? 1:00 pm
Mile 23 ? 96th Street and 5th Avenue
We will be at Mile 23 from 1:30 pm - 3:00 pm.
Transportation to Cheering stations: 6 Train to 96th Street ? for mile 18 head EAST on 96th Street towards 3rd Avenue ? continue until you reach 1st Avenue and we will be in front of you.
For mile 23 head WEST on 96th Street towards Park Avenue ? continue on 96th Street until you reach 5th Avenue and we will be to your left. If you are lost or need directions call Jena: 646-421-4576
Autism Speaks Block of Hotel Rooms: This year Team Autism Speaks has reserved a block of rooms at the ACE HOTEL. Standard Single rooms are $249/ night and deluxe double rooms are $299/ night.
