Autism Speaks is proud to have been selected to have a charity team in the 2010 Bank of America Chicago Marathon on Sunday, October 10, 2010. Our 2009 team raised an impressing $114,000!

To receive a guaranteed entry into this year's marathon, Team Up! with Autism Speaks invites you to join a very special group of people who will join together to make a difference. As a part of this commitment, you will be asked to raise a minimum of $1500 to support Autism Speaks and its mission to raise awareness and funds for autism research and programs.


2010 Team Up! with Autism Speaks benefits include, but are not limited to:
  • Runners Tank, Commemorative Team Up! with Autism Speaks Long Sleeve, and a Autism Speaks baseball or fleece hat

  • Pre-Race private team dinner for you and a guest will be at the Hard Rock Café

  • Customized fundraising page for your usage to raise money thru Kintera

  • Facebook Page for speaking with other team members regarding training

  • Virtual Coaching by a certified running coach

  • Fundraising Tips and Opportunities

  • Dedicated Autism Speaks staff to answer questions you have and assist

  • Race Day Cheering Section at Mile TBA

  • Team Handbook - In a PDF form and downloadable for reference at anytime.


**Team Up! with Autism Speaks does not cover travel expenses to and from Chicago for the race. We strongly recommend the usage of the race’s official travel partners for making all reservations.
Currently, we have a limited number of spots on Team Up! with Autism Speaks. Please fill out the team application and email it back and someone will be in touch with you regarding availability.
