SHIPPING & HANDLING CHARGES EXPLAINED Currently, shipping and handling is added to orders based on the total order or basket price. So that the bulk of your purchase goes toward the Autism Speaks mission, we must charge for the approximate fee we pay to third parties. Orders under $25 are shipped via the US Postal Service, and orders of more than $25 are shipped UPS. See our shipping fee schedule here. HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY ORDER? Currently, we process orders twice per week and send them out to our warehouse in Kansas. Usually, the warehouse can process orders immediately upon receipt. It usually takes 10 - 14 business days from the date of your order to receive it. RETURNS & EXCHANGES Your order should have had a card enclosed with it. To return or exchange an item purchased, please send the unworn, unused item with the card on the reverse side completed. Any return sent without the completed card will not be exchanged or refunded, so please make sure to complete the card and insert it with the item you are returning! (This does not apply to partners of Autism Speaks or items that are purchased through third parties. Q: How do I know if a product bearing the Autism Speaks logo is genuine, and that the money I spend is going to the charity? A: Autism Speaks does not allow third parties to use the Autism Speaks logo on its products unless it appears in the online store.
