April 2, 2010 Autism Speaks is pleased to announce our 3rd year of Eat, Shop, Give. This year is a little different. Here’s how it works: Each participating store will send Autism Speaks a percentage of the day’s proceeds. Please view the list of participating stores for any exclusions or limitations. All you have to do is shop! This is your opportunity to help raise awareness and funds for Autism Speaks, to change the future for so many who have someone in their family or close to them who struggles with autism spectrum disorders! In 1980 1 in 10,000 children were diagnosed with autism. Today, 1 in every 110 children is diagnosed with autism.
